Katie Tian is a co-founder and Director of Talent Marketing, an innovative and cross-cultural Australian media marketing company. Talent Marketing has strengths in content creation, development and production combined with its own niche in working directly with talent and brands to craft marketing campaigns that cut-through.

As Content Director of Taobao Global (ANZ) Merchandiser Alliance, Katie utilizes her media skills with extensive knowledge of the China market in assisting Australian brands and advertisers with creating effective China marketing strategies that lead to maximum revenue results.

Katie has a background in commerce and international relations, with in-depth understanding and practical skills in business development on a global scale. Raised and educated in Sydney, Katie spent close to 10 years working in China after graduating university. Her most recent role prior to returning to Sydney in 2014 was with the Australian Embassy in Beijing, a role where she was responsible for furthering Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s (DFAT) cultural diplomacy objectives in China.
